TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts now drive most discovery on social media, but a clip that goes viral in one market can fall flat in another.
Short-form video has overtaken still images as the dominant social format on every major platform. Algorithms reward native-language captions, market-specific audio, on-trend formats, and posting cadences that match local viewer behavior. Brands that ship one English master clip with translated subtitles consistently underperform creators who ship platform-native content per market.
Scripts written by native creators, not translated from a global storyboard, so jokes, references, and CTAs land for the local audience.
Each clip is cut for the platform it ships on. TikTok pacing differs from Reels, YouTube Shorts uses different hooks, and we edit accordingly.
Burned-in or platform captions in every target language, formatted to match each platform's accessibility and discoverability conventions.
We clear music and sound effects per region so a clip that ships in five markets does not get muted by a copyright claim in one of them.

We do both depending on budget and brief. For most brands the most cost-effective path is a single shoot day with talent who reads in two or three languages, then editing into per-market deliverables. For markets where the visual language differs significantly, such as Japan, South Korea, or the Gulf region, we recommend either a local shoot or sourcing a regional creator partner so the footage feels authentic to local viewers.
A single full shoot day realistically produces 2 to 5 finished short-form clips per language once cut down, captioned, and platform-formatted. Talking-head explainers sit at the higher end of that range; fully scripted narrative pieces with multiple set changes sit at the lower end. We pre-plan the shooting list per market in pre-production so the on-set time is used efficiently across every language you ship in, and we are clear about realistic output rather than promising a viral content factory.
We deliver platform-native cuts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Idea Pins. Aspect ratios, captions, and runtime are tailored per platform and per market. For region-locked Chinese platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu, we recommend a specialist local production partner who knows the platform-specific creative conventions firsthand.
Send us your short-form video creation brief and target markets. We will match native specialists, confirm scope, and return a clear plan as quickly as possible.
