The enforceability of any contract, including an NDA, depends on the laws of the jurisdiction where enforcement is sought. A high-quality translation that accurately renders the legal obligations of the source contract gives you the best possible foundation. However, if you are uncertain about enforceability across a specific jurisdiction, you should seek legal advice from a qualified attorney in that country. Translation ensures precision in language; enforceability is a legal question.
