Translation Services Questions Answered
How do I get a quote?
Send us your documents or a description of your project using the Get a Free Quote button. We respond within eight business hours with pricing, a confirmed timeline, and the specialist team assigned to your work. There is no obligation to proceed.
Do you only translate, or do you also write original content?
Both. Depending on your project, writing original content in the target language often outperforms translation, especially for blog posts and ad copy. We advise which approach is right for each piece and can handle both within the same engagement.
How do you ensure translation quality?
Every project goes through a two-stage quality assurance process: primary translation by a native-speaking specialist with subject-matter expertise, followed by an independent review by a second qualified linguist. We do not use unedited machine translation output on any project.
What languages do you cover?
We cover 50+ language pairs with native-speaking specialists. This includes all major European languages, Asian languages, and Arabic. Contact us if your language pair is not listed: our global network is extensive.
Can the same team handle both my translation and my digital marketing?
Yes, and this is one of our core strengths. Your localized website, multilingual SEO strategy, ad copy, and social content can all be managed under one account with a single point of contact. This avoids the consistency gaps that arise when translation and marketing run separately.
Is BeTranslated ISO certified?
BeTranslated does not currently hold ISO certification. Our quality management process follows the same three-stage workflow the standard describes: native-speaker translation, independent linguistic review by a second qualified linguist, and a final project-manager QA pass before delivery. We have operated as a professional language services provider since 2002, with clients across corporate, legal, and government accounts.
