The translation industry runs on the people who actually do the work. We have been built around long-term partnerships with native-speaker freelance translators since 2002.
We do not run an open marketplace where translators bid against each other for work. We curate a small, selective network of qualified specialists, build relationships over years, and assign work based on demonstrated competence in the relevant subject area.
We work with qualified translators who want a long-term agency partner and expect to be treated as professionals rather than a commodity.

Predictable Payment Cycles
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice approval. Project rates are agreed in writing before work begins, with no retroactive rate changes.

Qualities We Seek
- Native-language translation only, into your mother tongue
- Formal translation training or equivalent professional experience, with at least 5 years in practice
- Subject matter qualification or demonstrated specialism in at least one field
- Comfortable with industry-standard CAT tools (memoQ, Trados, Wordfast, Phrase, or similar)
- Reliable communication and on-time delivery track record
- Professional indemnity insurance (recommended for legal and medical specialisms)
