Source files we handle directly include .docx, .indd/.idml, .xml, .xliff, .json, .resx, .properties, .po, FrameMaker .fm, Word with revision marks, and Excel with locked terminology columns. For source-controlled documentation (DITA, S1000D, DocBook) we work either through your TMS hooks or with a one-time roundtrip.

For confidential engineering documents (patents under preparation, unannounced products, defense-adjacent specifications) we apply additional safeguards: project compartmentalisation, no MT engines, encrypted transfer only, and a written audit trail of who saw what. Multi-year NDAs and your standard supplier agreement are accepted on request.
