Yes. Our translations include a signed Certificate of Accuracy that meets USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). The certificate states that the translator is competent in both the source and target languages and that the translation is accurate and complete. We have produced USCIS-accepted translations from Spanish, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, and dozens of other languages.
Most birth certificates are one to two pages and are completed quickly. Same-day service is available for urgent immigration deadlines when orders are placed before noon. If your case has a specific filing date, let us know when you request a quote.
Not for most purposes. USCIS, the State Department, and most educational institutions require a certified translation but not notarization. Notarization adds a notary public's authentication of the translator's signature and is sometimes required by state courts or local government offices. We offer notarization as an add-on service if your receiving authority specifically requires it.
