We work in Trados Studio, memoQ, Phrase, and Smartcat as standard. Source formats handled directly include .docx, .indd/.idml, .xml, .xliff, .json, .resx, .po, and DITA or S1000D-tagged content. For Chinese software clients using Unicode CJK character sets, we confirm encoding settings before starting to prevent character corruption in output files.
