Trados Studio, memoQ, Phrase (formerly Memsource), and Smartcat as standard. We integrate via XLIFF, TMX, and TBX exchange with your in-house TMS. Source formats handled directly include .docx, .indd/.idml, .xml, .xliff, .json, .resx, .properties, .po, FrameMaker .fm, and DITA/S1000D-tagged content. For source-controlled documentation we work either through your TMS hooks or with a one-time roundtrip.

Yes, every translator on a project signs an NDA before receiving files. For confidential material (patents under preparation, unannounced products, defense-adjacent specifications) we apply additional safeguards: project compartmentalisation, no MT engines, encrypted transfer only, and a written audit trail. Multi-year NDAs and your standard supplier-code-of-conduct documents are accepted on request.
