Regular assignments matched to your subject area, not random one-offs. Active translators in our network receive new projects regularly. The work comes through our translation agency and its professional translation services.
Invoices are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of approval, so you are not left chasing payment.
You are matched to content that fits your background. Legal translators work on legal content. Medical translators work on medical content. Technical translators work on technical content. Certified documents are handled within our certified translation services, and for live work there are our professional interpreting services.
We invest in tools that make your work better: translation memory, termbases, and AI-assisted workflows where they add genuine value. We do not expect you to work the same way you did ten years ago.
Translation is a fast-evolving industry. We look for translators who bring deep subject expertise and stay current with the tools and developments shaping the profession.

When recruitment is open, our project management team reviews each translator profile, language pair, and specialism personally.

A 20-minute call with our project management team to confirm your specialisms, discuss tools you use, and understand how you prefer to work.

You receive a supplier agreement, access to our project portal, and are matched to your first relevant project.

No. There is no exclusivity requirement. You can work with other agencies and direct clients while working with us. We assign projects based on your availability and specialism, and you decide whether to accept each one.
Payment is made within 30 days of invoice approval for each completed project. We use bank transfer. There are no minimum earnings thresholds before payment is released.
You do not need to use AI tools, but we value translators who understand how AI is affecting the profession. Translation is changing fast. We look for professionals who engage with these developments rather than ignore them, even if your workflow remains human-only.
Most of our projects use Trados Studio, memoQ, or Phrase (formerly Memsource). Proficiency in at least one of these is expected. We can sometimes provide access to client-specific platforms on a project basis.
