Yes. Macros and VBA code are locked against modification during translation. If your VBA contains user-facing strings such as dialog box text or error messages that require translation, note this when submitting and we will quote for those elements separately.
Yes. Chart titles, axis labels, legend entries, and data labels that contain text are translated as part of the standard XLSX project. The chart data and series ranges are not altered.
