Headquartered in Valencia since 2002.
BeTranslated has been based at Calle Doctor Ferran 13 in Valencia for over two decades. Our project managers, on-site dispatchers, and in-house Spanish, Valencian, and French linguists all work from this office, so a same-day request for a court-certified interpreter or a sworn translation rarely needs to leave the building. This is one of the few interpreting providers in the Comunitat Valenciana whose people, processes, and management chain are physically here, not subcontracted to a remote vendor.
Our project managers, on-site interpreter dispatchers, and Spanish, Valencian, and French linguists work from this office, not a remote vendor list. Same-day briefings, sworn translation signatures, and conference equipment pickups happen in person. Headquarters in Valencia since 2002.
We're at Calle Doctor Ferran 13, 46021 Valencia. Same-day briefings, sworn translation signatures, and conference equipment pickups happen in person. Schedule a visit by phone (+34 962 02 22 22) or through the contact form.

Yes. We provide ISO 4043 interpretation booths, receiver units, and technician support for events at Feria Valencia, the Palacio de Congresos de Valencia, Veles e Vents, and partner venues across the Comunitat Valenciana. Equipment is dispatched directly from our Valencia office.
For booth-based conferences we recommend booking two to four weeks ahead, and six to eight weeks during peak fair seasons such as Cevisama, so we can confirm the right team and coordinate equipment. Because our project managers and in-house linguists work from the Valencia office, court, medical, and smaller meetings can often be arranged at short notice, and we typically return a quote within a day.
Yes. We deliver remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI) and video remote interpreting (VRI) on Zoom, Kudo, Interprefy, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, and we can combine remote interpreting with on-site booths so in-person and online participants receive the same quality. Valencia is also where our simultaneous equipment, technicians, and last-minute on-site backups originate for clients elsewhere in Spain.
Tell us the venue, language pair, format, and timing for your Valencia assignment. We will confirm interpreter availability and logistics as quickly as possible.
